The 1^st Annual Taste of Westminster is being hosted by the Kiwanis Club of Greater Westminster. The event will take place at the Westminster Sunken Gardens next to City Hall on August 28; from 5pm to 10pm. Ticket prices will be $25 per person in advance and $30 at the gate. For your  convenience, you can buy your tickets on this website and have them mailed to you.

Your ticket is your key to lots of tasty samples from 20 of our top restaurants in the local area. Visit any or all of them as many times as you wish. For an additional charge, you can visit our beer truck, hosted by Budweiser, buy soda from Coca Cola, or try a variety of wines from Wine Warehouse.

It's All About The Kids

Proceeds from this event will go toward purchasing and installing playground equipment for special needs kids. Of the 726 local and city parks in Orange County, none of them have playground equipment specially designed for special needs kids. Kiwanis Club of Greater Westminster wants to change that. By coming to this event or becoming a sponsor, you will be helping Kiwanis realize it’s goal of buying and installing this playground equipment. News Flash - Child Care Available During Event!!

One of our Kiwanis members, Pastor Mike Conway of Christ Church, is offering child care at his church for anyone who wants to attend the event. They will have certified child care personel at the church. The cost is $5 per child. They will have video games and other activities for the kids as well as pizza.

The church is located at 14061 Chestnut St, Westminster, CA 92683, right next to Sigler Park.
